TPO

Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) single-ply roofing membranes are among the fastest growing commercial roofing products and have gained broad industry acceptance for their many performance and installation advantages.

EPDM

EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) widely used in low-slope buildings in the United States and worldwide. Its two primary ingredients, ethylene and propylene, are derived from oil and natural gas. EPDM is available in both black and white, and is sold a broad variety of widths, ranging from 7.5 feet to fifty feet, and in two thicknesses, 45 and 60 mils.

Metal Roofing

A metal roof is a roofing system made from metal piece, or tiles. It is a component of the building envelope. Metal roofs protect buildings. In the United States, metal comprises 10% of the overall residential re-roofing market.

Tile Roofing

Roof tiles are designed mainly to keep out rain, and are traditionally made from locally available materials such as terracotta or slate. Modern materials such as concrete and plastic are also used and some clay tiles have a waterproof glaze.

Tar and Gravel Build Up

The surface is coated with bitumen and a layer of gravel or crushed rock to hold the roofing material down and minimize damage from the sun and from abrasion. The light-colored gravel also reflects the sun’s heat. Built-up roofs can last from 10 to 20 years, depending on the severity of the weather.

PVC Single Ply

The Duro-Last single-ply roofing system is extremely durable, leak-proof, resistant. PVC is a flexible, thermoplastic membrane manufactured using UV-resistant polyvinyl chloride. These membranes are reinforced with a low-wicking polyester fabric.roof membrane is a proprietary thermoplastic formulation consisting of PVS.

Modified Bitumen

A single-ply rolled roof similar to ice-and-water shield, but impregnated with a mineral-based wear surface. Torch-down systems involve heating the adhesive as the material is unrolled. Newer peel-and-stick systems are safer and easier.
